We currently offer UK shipping. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Bank Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.

Tracking information is given to you once your order ships. International customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs. Kizzy London is not responsible for fees or taxes imposed by the customer's government.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customers must request to return or exchange items via DM or e-mail within 3 days after receiving the product. Any return requests that are made after the 3 day period will be refused. Items must be returned in a resalable and original condition.

Kizzy London does not refund shipping costs when the product is returned. For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped out free of charge.
